Topline Products will be acquired by PSB Industries Group in January 2016, with the new name, Topline Products PSB Industries. Founded in 1975, Topline specializes in product development in the luxury and beauty markets. PSB Industries Group is involved in four markets, with three core businesses, including Texen for beauty packaging. Texen said the acquisition of Topline will help build their position in the North American, Asian and South American markets.
